Please call the Columbia Club at 800-635-1361 for room reservations in the
Indiana Chapter of the American College of Cardiology room block. Rooms
are $129 plus tax. Overnight valet parking is $19. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Reservations should be made by October 15, 2008.
Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests must be received by November 8, 2008. No refunds
will be made after that date.
