Cardiac Care Associates include RNs, PAs, APNs, and Pharmacists.

Join the ACC as a Cardiac Care Associate Member
Complete and mail to the ACC Member Relations Department the following documents:
  1. Membership Application
  2. Completed/signed Letter of Sponsorship from a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) that is included in the application.
  3. $125 check or credit card number with expiration date (for new member and $100 for renewing members).
  4. A copy of the applicant's RN degree for applicants who are RN, CNS or NP, a copy of PA certificate from a program accredited by ARC-PA or a predecessor agency or NCCPA certified for PA applicants, or a copy of PharmD degree.
  5. A copy of the license to practice in the state. Federally employed PAs should provide NCCPA certification in lieu of a license.
