The registration fee for the meeting includes breakfast and breaks.

* Cardiac Care Associate (RN, APN, Pharmacist, PA) or NCDR Data Manager - $30
* Non-Member Physician - $50
* Residents, Fellows and Students - FREE with pre-registration

Parking

Here is information to assist you with parking at The Indiana State Government Center Parking Garage adjacent to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Parking is assured to be $10. Please use the skywalk from the parking garage to the Marriott for easy access.

Hotel Accommodations
Please call the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown at 317-822-3500 for room reservations in the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Cardiology room block. Rooms are $139 plus tax. Reservations should be made by September 28, 2010. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests must be received by October 22, 2010. No refunds will be made after that date.
